Final Demands on a cancelled contract

I have cancelled and paid my cell phone in full last year October. Autopage are now billing me for current content charges, I have phoned them and they agree this is an error and promise to fix it for me, but each month I keep getting final demands. I have no idea what to do regarding this anymore.
