MTN Menlyn poor service

I took out a contract at Menlyn MTN branch on 30 June 2013 for a router and television combo. Where I am still waiting for the television that they said will be delivered on or before 10 working days. Its been more than a month now and still noting. There are no feed back from the sales assistant and I can not even get hold of the land line it keeps ringing and no answer.
