I'm paying for a television that is not even working

Hi I would like to raise a compalin against Lewis Store in Aliwal North about a television set which is not the name brand on the box. I brought a Hisense television set and I got an old Samsung television and the box was opened. I've been paying for this t.v for 4 years now and I'm tired of being cheated by this store.
