Not supplying as advertised

I took out a phone contract which advertised a Samsung 32" television with the phone, after the upgrade was done and everything completed (including producing TV licence) was told that the television would be delivered to me within 1 week, after the week was up I happened to look up on hello peter and saw someone who waited months for the television.

I phoned the store on 4 occasions and the phone was never answered but was told to leave a message and they will get back to me (still waiting). My wife eventually made contact by asking the centre management if there was any other numbers, this number does not appear in the phone directory. After being promised to investigate and come back to us this proved problomatic and after my phoned again she was now told that there was a problem with the delivery of the TV's and that only 2 was to be delivered and now the waiting would be another 2 weeks, this is not what I was told by the staff and I have subsequently sold my television and now don't have a television. This is not the only problem I've had with MTN.
