We have been battling trying to change the owner of a Telkom line since the 10th of July. We have sent e-mails to the TOC - department twice. A fax was sent and I've been phoning almost every day since 16 July just to try and get hold of some one that can confirm that the request was received and all the docs are intact for change of ownership. Everyday I phone, I have to give all the details of the request to the call center agent. Every one has a different explanation of why it has not yet been processed and every day the call ends with resend the request please. I'm sick of this now. Tim Kock at the Pretoria TOC - call center gave me his e-mail address on Monday. I again sent all the necessary docs to him with reminders to please get back to us urgently yesterday. I have not been getting any response from him. When phoning the call center just now again, all the agent responds with is that she can see Tim did not attend to it and I must resend the request. This is ridiculous. Can nobody at Telkom even just confirm with me that my request has been received and they are attending to it. It will take... days to get back to me. Is that asking too much?
