No Response. No resolution

Following the complaint registered in June re: request for lines for my medical practice (80210169 and 80205182), I received an email response and an escalation code (AR5229616) and an undertaking that Talkom would follow up with me

In the interim I had called in again and got another technical escalation code (QE33346) and an undertaking that the technician involved would contact me with an explanation.

Needless to say I HAVE RECEIVED NO CALL BACK FROM TELKOM!

I have been calling twice weekly to follow up; call center agents are gracious and helpful but it always amounts to little more than a reassurance that something is being done. Yesterday the call center agent emailed the supervisor of the cable division Herman to enquire as to the nature of the delay - he has not responded. Today the call center agent advises that there is NOTHING ELSE THAT CAN BE DONE to resolve my query

All I want to know is whether Telkom can install a line or not; IF NOT I NEED TO MAKE ATERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS FOR MT PRACTICE - this is holding up my business and has been going on too long to be acceptable
