They are taking forever to transfer my lines

Over a month ago I had filled in two sets of blue papers to change my ownership of some telephone lines. I moved houses and so I've attempted to give ownership of the old line (011 615 9326) to my parents and take ownership of the new line (011 794 1987).

I have no idea what's going on, phoning them gives me no answers, and I have to now do my bill payments manually.

They have now told my mom that this company Axxess is managing the old line (They gave that up in December already) so they can't change it.

Why are we being held up by such incompetence!? What is going on?? Just transfer ownership of the damned lines! It's not difficult! I've jumped through enough hoops now; Telkom has EVERY document they need to proceed so there is no reasonable explanation for a delay.
