I have a problem with vodacom. I don't have signal at home, (working from home aswell). After 5 months of complaining about it, Vodacom said I can port my number to 8ta, (which have perfect signal by the way), with out any penalties. Two months after they ported my number they deducted R800 from my account. After 2 hour on the phone with them, nobody could help me to reverse the payment and they said it was because I cancelled my contract. I phoned my bank to reverse the payment, which they did.
Two months later somebody phoned me from Vodacom about the payment, I told her the story and she said she will look into it.
It's now 2 years later, vodacom blacklisted me. They say I own them over R6000 and it doesn't mater to whom I speak nobody can help me.

What can I do.
