Terrible service

I have the displeasure in once again reporting the poor service of Vodacom and its employees.
I reported a week ago that i have been incorrectly listed and i have been trying to get this matter sorted and they have been ridiculous with their requests.
I have been asked to fly from Johannesburg to Durban and to get statements from 3 years ago.

Now the manager (Nadia Murphy) refuses to answer my calls and is continuously avoiding me.
The consultant (Vernon Montshiwagne) is aggressive and rude. He puts me on hold for 12 minutes in the hope i get tired of waiting.
Then he tells me he will put me through to a manager and then 12 minutes later tells me that the managers are in meetings the entire day. Furthermore, Vernon tells me that i can do whatever i wish and hangs up on me when i request to speak with Nadia.
He says he doesn't care about how i feel as a customer and if this is the viewpoint of Vodacom displayed through their employees then i have to say i am appalled and disgusted.

This leaves me with the view that Vodacom thinks that the people of this fine country are stupid, illiterate and are living in the stone ages.
On this site alone you can see the poor service.
