You cannot imagine the frustration I've experienced with MTN.
It seems as though MTN doesn't have any regard for customer service and blatantly have a no care attitude, which I'm extremely appalled about. My husband and I have been with MTN for the past 4 years (as a business/contract customer) and what I've experienced in the last few months has changed my whole perspective of MTN. I never ever want to do business with MTN again and will be selling my MTN shares too because of your unethical/nonchalant business. Today I had call my banker yet again to have the debit order reversed. THIS IS AND I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT... not that anyone cares, right.
I have all the correspondence with MTN should anyone out there be interested.
