My cellular had stopped working, I had then booked it in for repairs. Cellc says it takes 21 days to sort ones phone out. As per their terms & conditions one is advised that you can follow up on repair process. I call the call center and am told that my phone has not been booked in, it is now going for the 3rd week that my phone has left me.
My anger is that, if repair center does not have my phone where is it layin? I then call Pinetown cellc to try and follow up and am told by a consultant that she is unable to help me because she is busy with another client and the help i need will take some time. Am i not a paying client as well?
I am appalled by Cellc service!!!
Im a paying client, and if as a customer i DONT PAY MY BILL @ THE END OF THE MONTH cellc does not hesitate to suspend ones line. But now that I need to be assisted I get no joy.
