Vodacom
International roaming not working again

This is my husbands 5th trip overseas that his roaming is not working. He can only send messaged but not recreceiving any messages or calls. Everytime he leaves the country he follow all steps as per your call centre with no success. I need to phone and try to get it fixed with Vodacom. There is something wrong with your your network or the setup of his account. i feel it is time to get to the problem sorte once and for all
