No contact in spite of repeated promises

Contacted MTN on poor reception in area 18 June (ref 0055051)
got promises of 'someone will call you back'
I followed up regularly. spoke to bongani, Robin, Thembi, Mosiswe.
Every time I'm promised someone will call me, but they just lie.
It has now been almost 6 weeks. Still no reply.
I also lodged complaints on the MTN website quoting the ref no. No reply despite mails to advise I will ''promptly'' be called.

Why would they treat a 16 year loyal customer this way?

My advice to all prospective MTN clients is to stay away from this company
