They dont contact me and list me on ITC

After how many promises from Resolution health they still do not pay the account, I take my baby to the doctor as they handed me over.

I wanted to change my medical ail last year as they don't pay my bills, and don't reply my emails, nor do they return my calls?
They promised me last year that they will pay the bills and that they will reply my mails so I stayed with them an upgraded my medical aid to a higher plan.
I WANT THEM TO CONTACT ME ASAP!!!
