I have given to complaints here regarding the pathetic reception in my area La Mercy. It has now dropped right down and there is no reception at all. It is kind of ridiculous. The first time I did not get any feedback, the second time I was told I should just contact there call center to find out. If that was possible with the reception in this place, I would make that call, as I've said before, they can upgrade other areas to insane fast speeds, why not upgrade the poor reception areas too, I'm sure it would cost a lot less. Furthermore, I put this here to get a response and not to be told to phone them. Shows how much they care about there customers. Please read my other posts to understand my frustration. I was also once told on the phone that the towers would be upgraded in the area, end of 2011 or begining of 2012. Over a year and nothing has been done. Then during mid 2012, I was told by Thembi Hlongwane that they await for approval from the goverment, and still no response from them. I have many names and reference numbers with no improvement for years
