I Have requested assistance in upgrading or putting a soft block on my wife's handset. I even requested to upgrade current package or add top up to the contract. Still waiting on a response from MTN!! I followed procedure and the mailed ombudsman as per invoice, no reply. Shocking service from both parties and happy to cancel both contracts. Below is my last email sent
To whom it may concern,

MTN is from me in broad daylight. I took out a contract for my wife and moved her over to MTN due to Vodacom over charging her. I use my phone for business and my account is less than hers.

I have for the past 4 months gone to MTN umhlanga to try and have the contract changed/ increased based on her usage. I am shocked that I do not have the option to put a soft block on the account or add a top up function. I have even asked to increase the MTN 100 part of the package to a 200 or 300. I am not an and understand that there is a contract in place and I am liable to pay a monthly fee for the iPhone. Seriously I am not trying to get out of paying the contract but asking for an added service.
