I applied for a contract at MTN on Sunday, yesterday they called me to collect my information.

The person I spoke to assured me, that I would be told within a few hours if my contract have been approved.

All my friends told me not to go to MTN because they had received poor service.
It seems that from the get go stuff are ruff around the edges.

My Quote (order) ref nr is [#6862819]
And the ref nr the that the consultant gave me is. MV2100446
I faxed all my documents to 086 616 1712, and attached to the fax was a note asking the consultant to please notify me if anymore documents are needed.

so please can someone let me know what is going on, even a sms would be fine.
