Still No Feedback And Nothing Done About Phone!!!

I'm really disgusted with the service Vodacom is giving me. This refers to my previous 2 complaints "Phone Went In And Came Back In Poor Condition". I called Trade Route Lenasia on the 29/07/2013 and today the 31/07/2013. My phone is still sitting there with all that scratches etc. Trade Route Lenasia have not heard anything that my phone was suppose to go back in to be sorted out. Kim Thorton said Abdul from Sandton repairs will assist in the repairs etc when it was Vodacoms fault it got damaged. When I gave my phone in, it was in excellent condition. Nothing has been done still. This is the 8th week I don't have my phone. Please assist! If this is the service I'm going to get. I might as well take my and my family's business to other networks.
