Bad service/ cannot get through to Head office

My Mum has been to the Trade Route branch and given some jewelry to get a new set of bands made.
Upon giving it, Prakash first said that the diamonds in her ear rings are not real, only later to say that the diamonds are real. The other jewelry was then sent to for valuation, it has now been almost 3 weeks since this incident and we still have gotten no feedback with regards to this.

Upon calling today to find out what is going on with the jewelry, I could not get through as the phone just rang out. I am seriously disappointed in their service as well their lack of communication.
Last week my mum had gone to the Lenasia store to get more information from them but the manager there was very rude and abrupt towards her. This is really unacceptable.
