Phone Went In And Came Back In Poor Condition

I handed in my blackberry 9790 on the 06/06/2013 at Vodacom in excellent condition. This was the following problems my phone had: My phone had faulty keypad/other buttons/trackball/trackpad/joypad, the speaker, phone freezes, battery dies within 2 hours, touch screen does not work, phone use to heat up etc. On the 17/07/2013 Vodacom send me a sms that my phone is ready for collection. On the 18/07/2013 when I went to collect it, the phone had scratches all over it etc. I looked after my phone and will not accept my phone back in poor condition like this. The staff were helpful at trade route Vodacom and told me that they only collect and give in the phones, they don't know what happens at the repair centre. Please assist!!!
