Phone Buttons Not Working Properly!!!

This refers to my previous complaints! "Phone Went In And Came Back In Poor Condition! " and "Still No Feedback And Nothing Done About Phone!!! ". I collected my phone on saturday afternoon the 10/08/2013. When I got home, I put my sim card in my phone so I can start using it. Just when i noticed the KEYS R-T-Y-U DONT WORK PROPERLY ON MY KEYPAD - THEY ARE LIKE STUCK IN! I am disgusted this is the service Vodacom gives when they damaged my phone in the first place and I waited 9 weeks for it. Now im stuck with this damaged phone! I would not recommend Vodacom to anyone!!!
