It has been now 2 months since i signed up with mweb and still no decent service.
Initially when i signed up i suposedly had issues with my Router with various calls backwards and forward with technical team.
eventually i went to mweb store store and was told my setting was wrong it had to be PPOE and PPOELLC like various agents told me to use even after asking them are they certain it was right.
This already wasted 1 month of my time and was billed but did not complain.
Once the connection was sorted and to date i was still not able to download 1 mp3. my daughter cant even do research for homewark the way it is so slow.
between telkom and Mweb they dont kinow wha they doing. Telkom says my speed is right mweb say they not testing right. i am in the midlle with little and no service.
I have now requested cancelation of my service
