Upgrade contract

Good day, I just wanted to complain about the service i have been receiving from cell c call centre. I called them twice yesterday and today asking about ipads, was told i need to contact game, makro or DIY and see if they have ipads and upgrade through them. I called those stores but was just told i should keep calling to check when the'll have any ipads on cellc as they only have them on vodacom. The other problem that i have in poor network coverage in my area. I stay in Dainfern and the network is very bad. You never get any internet connection in that area. I'm very disappointed with cellc. I'll rather move to Vodacom or MTN.
