Dial24 deducted money my account fraudelently

On 31 July 2013, this company called Dial24 or Stratcall deducted money from my account without my permssion. The amount is two thousand rand but differently first its R250.00 x 6 and another R199.00 x 2. This company is being doing this thing for quite some time, I have no business with them and I tried to talk to them in several times. This is, I'm left with no choice to open a case against them. Please if you can help I'm reall frustrated about this my debit orders are gonna bounce because of this.
