On the 15th April 2013 i logged a query with Lerato with regards to a massage i received on my tv that i must pay R483.00 on the 20th April 2013, no one told me this when i activated my acc on the 5th March 2013, Lerato told me she has escalated the matter to call retrievals who will revert to me in 24hrs, 5 days i still had not received any feedback, and had to call again myself, this service is pathetic but when they want to disconnect their service and increase subcriber fees they are super fast..Today (20/4/2013) i spoke to Sbusiso he agin told me that he has escalated the matter back to Lerato and her team leader, hopefully they will call back, but now if i dont pay this money today my services will disconnected yet they cannot fix their incompetence.
