Neotel
No proper feedback

This is my second response to Neotel, they contacted me once, and never again, 0860636835 the lady is Lerato I was supposed to have contacted her back, I removed my telkom line because I was told Neotel offers good services, but I'm starting to regret taking the line out so soon, so how does Neotel really work, I haven't received any good services, customer service I received very poor.
