Vodacom
Penalties being added

I want to complain about Vodacom's penalty on late payment. I did not know that my billing did not go through and then had issues with my bank account, and was billed R100 per month for the unpaid bills. I don't believe this is even legal. I had to pay to have my service reconnected but believe this to unfair.
