I am a Vodacom loyal customer for 15yrs but now I'm thinking to call it quits, my initial contract lapsed April 28 and to my surprise i was upgraded with a new z10 phone that i never received, which i received a SMS notification that my upgrade was successful i then called Vodacom on 3rd of June, i was told to send affidavit confirmation that i did not take the phone which was sent twice to them in all this I've been doing follow ups and being promised someone will call me, which that never happened now my line is suspended because supposedly I'm in arrears for this phone that was taken under my name without my consent, I've contacted this service provider countless times now for two months my query has not been resolved, to my perception once you're bound with their contract they don't care about you anymore I'm so frustrated with inconvenience caused as its been 2days now without active line, I've logged a call on this dispute even now I'm still waiting for someone to call me.
