I recently changed from vodacom to Cell C my first months bill was over R1400 (with vodacom same phone never more than R800), the people At the Cell C shop told me it was the data which was so expensive, I immediately asked for a 1gig bundle to be added each month as well as a monthly limit. Last month my bill again was over R1300, as they only added the bundle once, Now my phone is blocked, cant make or recieve any calls, and the 4 times i called 140 nobody could help me increase my limit or fix the bundle fault. The woman on 140 just put the phone down after i told her what the problem was, i asked for a senior person to call me back 4 times now, nobody ever called back.
I was with Vodacom for over 15 years and I am truly sorry that I made the change to Cell C

Can someone more capable than 140 assistants please help resolve this matter.
