Breach of contract and bad service

This is the 2nd report I'm writing about cellc. I've been trying for about 3 month now to cancel my and my wife's contract. I've been sending emails and phoning, but now luck. My wife and myself have black berries and have endless problems with signal. Our bmm's and sms's don't go through. We are for ever struggling to go on the internet. We always pay our contract on time, but we don't receive the service we should from cellc. I phoned customer care this morning and ask to speake to a manager in the cancelation dept. They put me on hold for abaout 30min. I can't believe there's still people signing up with them. If I should have staff working for me that don't reply to clients emails or sorting out their problems, I'd surely fire them. I had enough.
