I cancelled my Vodacom contract on time to avoid an increased subscription. They confirmed the cancellation. Still they launched an increased payment for a month without any notice that it will happen. After 2 hours on the phone with four different employee's I am no further. They ignore to give me an account where I can deposit the actual amount that I owe them. They are threatening me with blacklisting if I do not pay the increased amount including a R100 fine. They are earning millions from clients by lengthening the contract without informing the client and you just have to pay. Most people pay just to get rid of all the hassle's. This are truly dishonorable
