Why am I being charged for services that not even using, closer option, weekender etc!!! I only use my line for internet - don't even own a phone

Tried calling telkom but after 45 minutes of transfers and incompetent people I still could not speak to someone regarding my account!!!

I try and give you a chance while everyone else says don't use them, and this is what happens!!!
