In middle June i received a call from "The Rewards Co" on behalf of Vodacom as i had two contracts due for an upgrade. I agreed to upgrade and one of the upgrades included 100MB data free for 24months which had to come into affect 01 July. I never received the data and called them that same day and 3 times a week up until today 30 July with poor to no service. I get put through from pillar to post with promises of rectifying the prob. Every call the same issue. eventually i called the rewards co who also promised to deal with vodacom directly but nobody from Vodacom nor TRC has ever called me back. i'm always running after them and i'm the one paying for this service. With each call the process is the same with them sending messages to the "correct dept" so each call is treated like its the first time i'm calling and the prob never gets fixed even though i quote reference numbers given by them. i have asked for an address for me to come see a manager but am bluntly denied. I have spoken to a team leader, Patrick who swore to call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. I'm so mad and sad because i feel i have been taken for a fool. I have been loyal to Vodacom since 1998. PLS HELP!!!
