Waiting for Handset for FOUR Months after upgrade

I received a call from Vodacom Direct on 19 Dec 2012 asking me to upgrademy contract. The contract was upgraded &I received sms's to this effect. The Handset was to be delivered on 30 Dec 2012, it did not arrive. I called and they said it went to the wrong address, and that they would redeliver, and call me. They didnt call me, they didnt deliver.

Today when I called Vodacom upgrades (Nwabisa) and Customer Support (Sifiso) they tell me that they cant help me, and that the fault is with The Rewards Company, their partner. They dont deal with such matters. The Rewards Company (Chantal) offered to cancel my contract, but that it would take 3 to 5 days of waiting until I could go to and outlet. I phoned Vodacom customer services for help, and they told me it would actually take 14 days, and that I should speak to the Rewards Company Manager.

Nomagugu at Rewards told me that all managers are in a meeting until 14h30. I asked for the name & number of her manager, and called him (K Govender) directly, they say he is out to lunch until 1.

I dont know who is lying to me between the two companies. All I know is that I am paying monthly for nothing. I want my new handset TODAY!
