I first submiteed a complaint on the 10/06/2013 on Hello Peter to which Funiswa responded to on the 14/06/2013 asking me to send all my proof of payment through which I did again as well as all the reference numbers I received. All I want is a cancellation figure on the one account which I fail to see why it has to take 4 months to get it. I also sent my bank statements cause Cell C deducted off the wrong account twice and I was charged for it, I reeived a reference number once again 3061000324 which uptil now no one has contacted me. I now see why their tariffs are so low, wioth service like this they have to make up for it some how.
I have sent numerous mails to Funiswa to find out if there is any feed back and she just doesn't bother responding. I need this sorted out who must I speak to or where can I go to go sort it out self.
