Cell C
Broken Promise

I reported lost Data of around 19 Gigs from Cell C. Yes they did promptly call me and said they would look into it. I received my Reference No:4013000418. True to her word, she called me back the next day, and promised that the 19 Gigs would be restored to my account, with no time frame, and I could use it till it was completed. (Only fair, as I had paid for it)
I received another SMS with Reference No 4012800014, asking me to send an E-Mail, which I did.
To date, I have not received any reply to that E-Mail, nor have I received my 19 Gigs back that was promised to me.
What Gives Cell C?
Oh, and I'm still blocked from commenting on Face Book.
