Cell C
Terrible network issues

I was recommended to Cell C by a relative for their good prices and services shortly after coming home last October when I needed to get set up with a cellphone again. All was good for the first couple of months but since early this year I have had endless issues with them.

1) Pathetic HSDPA and 3G service in areas that should have coverage
2) SMSes that don't come through and not being able to send SMSes for reasonably lengthy periods of time
3) People trying to call me not getting through to me
4) Crossed lines occurring more and more frequently.

It's shocking how many people seem to have similar issues and yet Cell C seems to do nothing not even acknowledging the problems at times despite numerous complaints!

I think it is time to give up on them and port to another more reliable provider, even though the cost of using a competing provider will be more. It's a real pitty Cell C, that you cannot seem to give solid and reliable service.
