Cancel my newly ported contract

Good Morning, I would just like to find out how can I cancel my Cell C contract with Cell C and port my number back to a more reliable provider as since it was ported last week Friday I did not manage to have a proper network connection or internet connection. My calls get cut and people just get my voicemail as the network service is so bad. I thought it was only me but this morning I found this article on Mybroadband [URL Removed] which explain my issues. Surely the consumer protection act should protect me from getting an inferior service. The poor quality of the network has a financial impact on me since I am missing calls and people cannot get through to me I also have issue in receiving emails. In general I am not happy as I am not getting a service I have to pay for. Please assist?
