Contract Cancelled 2010

I am furious with cell c this is by far the worst nework EVER!
On 26 June I received a sms that I need to pay R486 and contact polosa... which I did just to find out I owe cell c money!!! NOTE that I cancelled my contract in 2010!!! I was also told by polosa that I HAVE to make it 2 debit orders (which I said was fine). I was furious as I asked how can they ask me to pay AFTER 3 Years, and I was asked, if always wait for people to phone me to pay my accounts FFS this is 3 years ago!!! I don't even remember that contract number. After the second debit order was taken off of my account YESTERDAY I phoned just to find out if the amount has been settled just to be told I now OWE R714 an my account has been handed over to JD attorneys? This has resulted that I have a low ITC score!!!
