Mess up once again

Im waiting for 15 min to speak to a manager. Certain staff member is evidently incompetent at answering basic questions regarding what is happening with my debit. Why are there 2 debit orders going of my acc. Im being double billed for connection fee and the pro rata amount is more than my monthly subscription. Some one pls call me to get this mess sorted out and refund the money taken in error.
