Unauthorised debits

A Few months ago I had a problem with my debit orders at the bank. I had informed Cell c and for a few months I had paid without a debit order on my account. I had paid on the 30th of Sept, suddenly a debit order goes of the account that I'm still having a problem with, without any information in writing, sms or even a call to state its being reinstated. I was not informed upon opening the contract that I m forced to pay by debit order anyway.

I did not provide funds in that bank account as FNB is still sorting it out and as a result an unpaid fee of R138 was billed.

I refuse to pay FNB as this error was not on my part and I will go as far as reporting it to the telecommunications ombudsman as I contacted cell c to report the problem and not 1 person has called me with feedback I over 2 weeks!!

Its that easy huh, to mess around with people!
