I really do not know how many complaints should i log, or is there any other place or form i must start looking. Go thru the history on my number, check clearly when i first logged the query, was it completed and was the customer happy. NO NO NO that did not happen. I am going to be billed this month when i paid the remaining months of the contract. This is costing me more money and my time spent sorting the mess. Who is going to pay me? I do not even need a call, just put my money back into my account, really it is that simple. Do this before my debit order goes tru, otherwise this will be an even more of a mess.
