Cannot Receive Calls

We had no telephone service from the 15th October, We were eventually advised by the call center the cables were and will not be replaced and was advised to get a cordless phone, which we applied for at the Galleria call center. In November a phone was dropped off at our residence and was advised by the technician the technical dept will get us connected. Till date we can only receive calls only. As a SMME we are severely prejudiced as we rely on Telkom service for our customers to contact us. We had suffered a financial loss over the festive period and as yet no one can help us. The service we have received is pathetic and we need our phone service to be sorted. Till what level must our complaint be escalated to, is there nobody competent to address this technical issue.
