Phone to be repaired or replaced

I booked my phone in for repairs, last week they returned it unrepaired instead its worse than what it was, I took it in cos it was rebooting itself and now it's not even switching on. I was told its too expensive to repair. I wrote a complaint last week and they gave me an email address to contact them but they still haven't replied to my email. I want my phone repaired, or replaced or my contract cancelled ASAP as I refuse to pay for a phone that's not working.
