Incorrect Billing Cannot be explained

I upgraded my cellphone contract in May 2013. Since then I have been incorrectly billed every month, and as such, when trying to phone the call centre to get an answer the phone is either never answered, I get passed from pillar to post and then the call drops, or when I do eventually get passed to an agent I get told that they cannot assist me as they don't have the authority.

I am getting utterly sick and tired of MTN blatantly from me without any recourse for their actions.

This is now disgracefully unacceptable! If I could cancel all my contracts with MTN without facing the severe penalties they impose I most assuredly would!!!
