Unwilling to help Cell C customer's on two occasio

I recently had the unfortunate displeasure of having to deal with the Cell C store at the Glen shopping centre. Morevover, this occurred on two occasions.

1) I was having issues with my new iPhone, which I bought on contract through Cell C direct. I went into the Cell C store at The Glen and asked the Manager on duty if he could assist. He bluntly repilied: "we cant help you, you have to call Cell C Direct. He further added that he would charge me R350 to assist me.

2) I went in to the shop to get assistance with my emails as I was having issues on my outgoing mail server. The young gentleman who helped me was very friendly, and although his product knowledge was limited, he made his best effort to assist. When he realised that he couldnt help me, he went to the back to call the manager. The Manager simply refused to help as he believed it is a third party application and hence, not within his remit. He didnt even make an effort to come out and speak to me. Luckily, the istore was nect door and they advised me that the problem was on Cell C's side- quite ironic.
