Ad service and attitude to the staff

On the 13 of this month we took a phone on contract and the staff told us about terms and conditions of the phone, 7 days guarantee and 24 months warranty and with in those 7 days the phone gave me some technical fault and went back on the 19 of same month and they refuse to swap the unit and said they will take it for warranty assessment for 3days and in the mean time I don't have phone and bear in mind we were advised about 7days guarantee.
