Employee Not Following Up has cased Major Issues

I have been receiving poor Quality of service with absolutely no response regarding a callback from Clemen who works at mtn In Eastgate
i have had trouble from the initial sale, till now with him.
I asked him if i would be able to take out a top-up contract and use the airtime i received to buy data with, he said yes i would, as it turns out i cant.
So i eventually confronted him about it and he continued to to me over and over,
he promises to phone me back, never does, promises to sort out this issue he still hasn't. in the end I went in to the shop spoke to him wanting to cancel the contract because he to me, after about an hour debate involving a witness to the conversation, he said he would move the Topup 200 hardware package over to the Anytime 200 Contract. This was two weeks ago, this issue has still not been resolved, at this point i'm back at cancelling my contract.

As a result Clemen has lost MTN a customer that wanted to take out multiple mtn contracts, now i cant see myself dealing with mtn as a whole ever again
please refer this to someone that will actually be able to help me.
