BAD SERVICE

I went to Cell C Jabulani Mall to cancel my contract cause I his paid out when I get there the gentlemen who was helping me he CAN'T help me with my drivers license. I was so angry in the way that I can blow out, and was want is really happening cause my license was issued in REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA it has my ID number, phone he could have asked me security questions to make sure it was my account... CELL C get your staff trained.
