About two weeks ago, my mother received and SMS on her Anytime 100 contract phone that "Your MTN AnyTime 100 TopUp package has been credited with another R100.00 airtime and 25SMS's". She immediately check, but only had R54 available. After several enquiries to the Bethlehem service suppliers for MTN, she currently only has 5c airtime available. Then she noticed that her data contract has now 10MB extra data available, so it looks as if the R100 went toward data, which it shouldn't have been. On enquiring from the Service provider again, they said she should activate CLI (at her own cost) to see which numbers are using up her airtime - when she wasnt able to phone on that number to start with. I think it is very unfair to expect a pensioner to pay to find out where the issue is on MTN side. We would appreciate this matter be investigated and resolved ASAP.
